• Sponsors commit to keeping healthlinks.net completely up-to-date with all modifications that are made to the PIs or CMIs;
• healthlinks.net undertakes to distribute the CMIs and PIs in accordance with the timeframes set-out and agreed upon with the Sponsors; and

• All On-distributors make a commitment to keep the data that they distribute current
• In addition, healthlinks.net net has agreements with the Pharmacy Software Vendors that mirrors the agreement we have with the Sponsors
